Service Warranty Plans

Are you an industrial user looking to fix your support costs and at the same time ensuring reliability and performance? Are you an academic user with a grant proposal for an intrument and you need to budget for service during the period of the grant? JASCO has the answer! our Three and Five Year Service Warranty Plans. This is not simply an insurance plan but also includes the cost of the maintenance programme as well. How does it work? You can purchase the Service Warranty Plan with the instrument or up to one month after installation. This is a single payment and covers the first three years of ownership

What's covered? For all spectroscopy and chromatography instruments One or two maintenance visits per annum Parts and labour costs for product breakdown Firmware and software updates Telephone support for instruments and software What's not covered?
