HPLC - High Performance Liquid Chromatography Building upon success

HPLC - High Performance Liquid Chromatography

The LC-2000plus HPLC system

What set the LC-2000 series apart from other systems?

We never compromise on performance, but that is not just when you first start to use  the system, the build quality of our systems and on-going support, means that you can expect excellent performance throughout the lifetime of the product.

Size Matters!

In the modern laboratory space cost money. We can install an entire system in only 30cm or bench space

The complete Package

When you buy a JASCO HPLC system you have the peace of mind knowing that JASCO has spent the last 30 years developing systems like this one for a wide range of customers and OEMs.

Validation

Regulatory compliance is becoming a fact of life in many laboratories, JASCO is working to make this a routine task for our many customers. Validation of HPLC systems is now essential to ensure performance to specification criteria. JASCO has a complete set of procedures for Instrument (IQ), Operational (OQ), Maintenance (MQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) which guarantee system compliance.

Ongoing development

JASCO has never stood still in the development of innovative products, like our patented solvent delivery systems and optical designs, here are some of the recent developments which are now available.

X-LC Ultra High Pressure Systems, uHPLC, proteomics applications are demanding ever increasing sensitivity and resolution coupled with improved productivity. High efficiency columns are being developed to satisfy these requirements, these columns require pumps and injectors capable of working at pressure up to 15,000 PSI. The new PU-2080ultra and PU-2085ultra coupled with the JASCO AS-2089ultra deliver the perfomance and reliability to exploit this new technology.

PAR-2000 was the first practical solution to high pressure gradient parallel pumping. Able to deliver a binary gradient from 2 to 8 individual flow channels simultaneously. Its unique design enables each of the flow channels to operate totally independently, resulting in complete channel integrity.

Customer Orientated Design

An important part of any development process is to identify real customer requirements and to ensure that new instrument incorporates features that really benefit the end user. Five areas were highlighted by JASCO users world-wide and the newly developed HPLC range satisfies these requirements.

  1. Speed - Minimum set-up time, easy-to-learn systems
  2. Productivity - versatile instrument selection , flexible instrument configuration
  3. Automation - PC control or modular intelligence. Autosamplers to maximise laboratory time.
  4. Confidence - reliability, validation, IS0-9000 accreditation. self-diagnostic. service and technical support
  5. Performance -  sensitivity, resolution, reproducibility, linearity
