The JASCO HPLC UV-2077 dual wavelength UV-visible detectors
The Model UV-2077 is a dualwavelength/ multi-wavelength UV/VIS detector based upon a photo-diode array detection system. The state-of-the-art optics and electronics are housed in the same compact case as other LC-2000Plus series detectors including the UV-2070. The UV-2077 has a unique design feature that separates it from both conventional detectors. The UV-2077 uses a 36-element discrete diode-array, enabling truly simultaneous multiwavlength detection in real-time with maximum sensitivity and selectivity. |
This configuration allows simultaneous monitoring of chromatograms at 4 different wavelengths or 3 wavelengths and a ratio of 2 others. Wavelengths can be selected in 1nm increments. In addition the detector can acquire spectra truly on-the-fly. The UV-2077 allows the analyst to obtain the high quality chromatographic and spectral data of an expensive PDA detector in an affordable, compact and easy to use package. The UV-2077 can easily be interfaced with the JASCO HPLC system using the new 32 bit HSS-2000 HPLC system software for Windows2000. The HSS-2000 package offers full automation of the JASCO HPLC system including the UV-2077.
