Automatic XYZ Stage Control Program
Stage translation speed:
Two speed options are available: high or low speed.
Stage translation:
The sample image can be viewed on the PC display screen whilst the stage is moving. The stage can be moved in either of three ways using the X-Y-Z Stage Control Program. The stage can be moved by either entering numerical coordinates, using the mouse, the joystick or using the microscope image.
Multi-point movement:
Allows multiple measuring points (up to a maximum of 256) to be input. The stage moves over the points in the same order as the points were input.
Rectilinear movement:
Allows two points on the position setting screen to be specified in order to designate a measurement line. The number of measuring points and measurement interval along the designated measurement line are then input. |

Mapping movement:
Allows a measurement grid to be specified. The measurement grid is designated by specifying a mapping area using the position setting screen, and then deciding the number of measurement points and "steps" in the XY direction.
Observation Screen Display
Single image display:
Displays the CCD image in either standard screen or wide screen format.
Multi-image display:
Displays multiple CCD observation images in either a 3x3, 5x5 or 7x7 arrangement.
Overall image display:
Displays the overall image of the mapping area by combining the individual CCD observation images.
Auto-focus function:
Automatically adjusts the focus of the microscope |
