Analytical HPLC Pump

Analytical HPLC Pump

Intelligent isocratic HPLC pump

PU-2080 Plus compact-sized HPLC pump

The size of the analytical HPLC pump is a mere 15 cm wide and 15 cm high. Two pumps and other components can be stacked to comprise a gradient HPLC system requiring minimal bench space in the crowded modern laboratory.

Available as PU-2085i a PEEK inert system for working with applications which are sensitive to metal ions.

Full programmability

Stand alone front panel programming of 10 files with up to 64 steps/file is provided eliminating the need for external computers or system controllers. Built-in program allows either high pressure gradient operation by 2 pumps or low pressure gradient operation using one pump and proportioning valve without need of a system controller. The stand alone PU-2080 can even control a 6-solvent selection valve to allow control of complex applications such as Amino Acid Analysis. Of course full PC control is available

HPG-2080 High Pressure Binary Gradient Pumps

Combine two PU-2080 pumps to create a high performance high reliability gradient system. Also for high pressure ternary gradients

High pressure mixing is stil the best way to make gradients.

  • fast responsive gradients
  • negligible dead volume
  • tailored mixing according to flow-rate and solvent viscosity

Using the dynamic MX-2080-31 the HPG-2080 offers a very flexible gradient pump from 10mL/minute to down below 100uL/minute without compromising dead volume or mixing efficiency.

Excellent pump performance

The SSQD (Slow suction, Quick delivery) pumping method ensures the most reliable, accurate and stable solvent delivery possible. A guaranteed flow rate precision within 0.1% assures good reproducibility of retention time. Pulse-free flow assures maximum detector sensitivity. Extreme durability.

Utilising ceramic plungers and an automatic plunger cleaning system assures a long, maintenance free pump life. Diaphragms located behind the plunger seals and a pair of check valves act as pumps for cleaning the plunger surface, thus avoiding the precipitation of salts from buffer solutions during intermittent operation.
