Service Contracts

 

JASCO's support contracts covering routine maintenance and breakdown. Choose from Standard Fully inclusive packages or a 1 or 2 visit preventative maintenance contract. We can tailor a contract to your exact specification

Extended Warranty 

Three and Five Year comprehensive maintenance and warranty packages to cover your instrument

Qualification

A full validation service for your instrument at the point of installation and following every serivce.

A completely documented and IQ,OQ,PQ system for JASCO products for both HPLC and spectroscopy.

Standards are traceable to NIST and NPL

Calibration

Our calibration service uses traceable standards to show the operation of your instrument follwoing service. This is a record of perfomance and can be used in GLP and GMP compliant laboratories.

If you need service or a breakdown visit please call the service line.

It will be helpful if you have the following information to hand.

  • Service contract agreement number (if under contract)
  • Serial number and model type
  • Description of problem or requirement
  • Details of any diagnostics you have tried
