System flexibility is important to laboratories running a wide range of HPLC assays. The LC-2000Plus HPLC system can be configured for isocratic, high and low pressure gradient operation with PC system or direct keypad control. Detection can be UV, UV-visible, fluorescence, refractive index (RI), chiral CD (circular dichroism) and ORD (optical rotation dispersion)

A range of HPLC solvent delivery systems provide pulse-free, accurate flow for micro, analytical and preparative scale work. This is achieved our unique slow suction, quick delivery (SSQD) system. The pulse free flow assures detector sensitivity. The increasing number of samples analysed in laboratories has led to a growing need for versatile autosampling devices. These must give excellent linearity while minimising run-to-run sample carry-over. JASCO autosamplers which use standard 2ml or 1ml vials, microvials or microtitre plates for normal operation, also offer pre-column derivatisation, dilution and zero sample-loss injection modes.

JASCO offers an ever growing range of HPLC detectors offering maximum sensitivity and operating stability. The new LC-2000 range includes the world's first based detector for chiral chromatography and the most sensitive scanning fluorescence detector on the market today.

The JASCO modular range is completed with a number of high quality support products; in-line vacuum degassers, mixing modules, solvent and column switching valves and column ovens. The compact design and safe-stacking modular architecture ensures maximum use of available bench space.

It is very simple to configure a JASCO HPLC system, simply choose from the menu of instruments available to create a solvent system, detector(s) and sampling device and add in EZChrom for a computer controlled solution.
